Party City is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our vibrant team! A high school diploma is also required. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customers’ questions • Demonstrate strong sales skills to convert customer inquiries into sales • Process customer transactions using POS systems • Stock shelves, organize displays, and keep store clean and tidy • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Stay up to date with new product releases and promotions • Participate in team meetings and training sessions • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
