Job Description

Welcome to Party City, the world’s largest party supply store! We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have a great attitude, and be able to work collaboratively with customers and colleagues alike.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of our products. You must also be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. You should possess a friendly and outgoing personality, be comfortable using a cash register, and have strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers upon entering the store and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
  2. Assist customers in selecting the best party supplies for their needs.
  3. Operate the cash register and process customer payments.
  4. Answer customer inquiries about products, services, promotions, and pricing.
  5. Maintain a neat and well-stocked store.
  6. Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  9. Work to meet and exceed sales targets.
  10. Assist in resolving customer complaints.
