- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Create and execute creative and engaging retail displays to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Plan and coordinate in-store events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, company policies and procedures, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new retail team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Act as a role model for team members, consistently demonstrating professionalism, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Continuously strive to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by store management.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Team Lead At Party City Should Have The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Retail Associates. This Includes Setting Clear Expectations, Providing Guidance And Support, And Resolving Conflicts.
