7. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

9. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new retail team members.
10. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
12. Act as a role model for team members, consistently demonstrating professionalism, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
13. Continuously strive to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
14. Perform any other duties as assigned by store management.
