Job Description

As the Retail Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and memorable experience while shopping for their party needs. We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to motivate and inspire their team. If you have previous retail experience and a desire to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!

  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  3. Create and implement training programs for new and existing team members to ensure a knowledgeable and efficient staff.
  4. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
  6. Ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked at all times, with proper merchandise displays and signage.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
  8. Collaborate with store management to develop and execute promotional events and marketing strategies.
  9. Communicate effectively with other departments and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
  10. Continuously monitor and provide feedback to management on store performance, customer feedback, and team member development.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Team Lead Should Have Experience Managing And Motivating A Team Of Employees, Delegating Tasks, And Resolving Conflicts.
