- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their party supply needs.
- Train and supervise retail team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and able to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.
- Assist in creating and executing promotional events and sales to drive store traffic and boost sales.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address any issues or concerns, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current party trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the best shopping experience.
- Monitor and report on store performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
