1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their party supply needs.
2. Train and supervise retail team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and able to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store to enhance the customer experience.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a visually appealing shopping environment.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
7. Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.
8. Assist in creating and executing promotional events and sales to drive store traffic and boost sales.
9. Collaborate with management to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
10. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address any issues or concerns, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
11. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.
12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
13. Stay up-to-date with current party trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the best shopping experience.
14. Monitor and report on store performance and make recommendations for improvements.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
