As the Retail Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable party experience.   1. Lead and manage a team of retail associates to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  2. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of party planning and execution, from decorations and supplies to customer interactions and sales.
  3. Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary products are in stock and readily available.
  4. Foster a customer-centric environment by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
  5. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  7. Collaborate with store management to create and execute visual merchandising plans that effectively showcase products and drive sales.
  8. Ensure compliance with company standards, including but not limited to cleanliness, safety, and operational procedures.
  9. Serve as a role model for team members by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and consistent adherence to company values.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth, and support and encourage team members to do the same.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Retail Team Lead At Party City Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Retail Associates.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Both Customers And Team Members Is Crucial For Success In This Role. A Retail Team Lead Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly, Confidently And Professionally In Both Written And Verbal Forms.

  • Product Knowledge: A Retail Team Lead Should Have A Good Understanding Of Party City's Products And Be Able To Assist Customers With Product Inquiries And Recommendations.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Party City Puts A Strong Emphasis On Providing Excellent Customer Service. A Retail Team Lead Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Dedicated To Ensuring A Positive Shopping Experience For All Customers.
