Previous Retail Experience: A Retail Team Lead At Party City Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Retail Associates.
