  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Train, develop, and lead a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and engaging shopping atmosphere for customers, ensuring a fun and festive experience.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all products are adequately stocked and displayed in an appealing manner.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  7. Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales targets and goals, and track progress using sales reports.
  8. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.
  9. Ensure all visual merchandising and displays are up to date and in line with company standards.
  10. Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and make recommendations to improve store operations and customer experience.
  12. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
  13. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  14. Lead by example, consistently demonstrating excellent customer service, sales, and organizational skills.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager or upper management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Strong Candidate For A Retail Team Lead Position At Party City Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Management Role. This Experience Should Include Leading A Team, Managing Inventory, And Driving Sales.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills: The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Is Crucial For A Retail Team Lead At Party City. This Includes Strong Communication, Decision-Making, And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Customer Service Experience: Party City Is A Customer-Oriented Business, So A Retail Team Lead Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Excellent Customer Service. This Includes The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
