Responsibilities for this role include:

1. Leading a team of retail personnel and ensuring they are meeting customer service and sales objectives.
2. Managing day-to-day operations including scheduling, merchandising, and customer service.
3. Developing and implementing strategies for increasing sales and improving customer service.
4. Training and mentoring team members to ensure they are up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
5. Monitoring and analyzing sales trends and customer feedback to make necessary changes and adjustments.
6. Troubleshooting any customer service issues that arise.
7. Ensuring the store is well-stocked with merchandise and adequately staffed.
8. Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with other store personnel, vendors, and customers.
