Responsibilities: • Ensure that the store meets all operational goals and maintain a high level of customer service • Oversee daily operations of the store and lead a team of retail associates • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner • Monitor store inventory and order supplies as needed • Train and motivate retail associates to provide excellent customer service • Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service • Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures • Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions and track sales
