Job Description

As the Retail Team Lead at Party City, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of associates, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory and merchandising, and ensuring compliance with all store policies and procedures.We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience and prior supervisory experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of retail associates and provide exceptional customer service
  2. Manage inventory and merchandising
  3. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
  4. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  5. Train and motivate retail associates to achieve store goals
  6. Oversee daily operations of the store
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  8. Maintain records and create reports
  9. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new retail associates
  10. Monitor retail store expenses and budget
