Job Description

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic team player who loves to help customers find the perfect party decorations? We’re looking for a Retail Team Lead to join our Party City team. In this role, you’ll have a chance to use your creative problem-solving skills and customer service expertise to lead and inspire our retail team.Our ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think quickly on your feet. If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the party supplies industry, this could be the perfect role for you!

  1. Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer service.
  2. Act as a liaison between customers and the team to ensure all customer needs are met.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and initiate sales activities to increase sales.
  4. Assist customers with selecting the perfect party decorations for their event.
  5. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for retail associates.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and upbeat work environment for the retail team.
  8. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends and new product releases.
