Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Retail Team Lead to join the Party City family! As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to ensure that the store meets all customer service, operational, and sales objectives. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to lead and develop a successful team. If you have a background in retail, customer service, or management and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure that the store meets all customer service, operational, and sales objectives -Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to help them reach their goals -Ensure that all customer service, operational, and sales objectives are met and exceeded -Set performance goals for the team and ensure that they are met -Implement and monitor effective sales strategies to reach sales goals -Provide training and development opportunities to team members to help them reach their full potential -Maintain a positive and professional work environment -Monitor and ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures -Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization -Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff members -Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
