- Oversee and lead a team of retail associates to ensure they are providing exceptional service to customers.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for team members.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and track team performance, providing feedback and addressing any performance issues.
- Ensure that all operational and merchandising standards are met and maintained throughout the store.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Previous Retail Management Experience: A Retail Team Lead At Party City Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team In A Retail Environment. This Includes Experience With Scheduling, Training, And Motivating Employees.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Team Lead, Effective Communication Is Essential To Ensure All Team Members Are On The Same Page And Working Towards The Same Goals. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Clearly And Professionally With Both Customers And Fellow Team Members.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Retail Team Lead Should Be Able To Lead By Example And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Their Best. This Includes Being Able To Make Tough Decisions, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support When Needed.
Knowledge Of Party City Products And Services: It Is Important For A Team Lead To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Party City's Products And Services In Order To Effectively Assist Customers And Train Team Members. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Promotions, Merchandise, And Store Policies.
