1. Oversee and lead a team of retail associates to ensure they are providing exceptional service to customers.

11. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
12. Serve as a role model for customer service and sales performance.
13. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
14. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
15. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
