Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Team Lead. As a leader in our retail store, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a strong work ethic, and can inspire and lead a team to success.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  2. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  3. Train and mentor team members on customer service skills, product knowledge, and store policies.
  4. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure product availability.
  7. Collaborate with management to create and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, communicate goals, and address any concerns.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  11. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits.
  12. Continuously seek out new ways to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
  13. Train and enforce proper merchandising techniques to maintain store standards.
  14. Monitor and track team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  15. Serve as a role model for team members and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
