1. Oversee the daily operations of the store including opening and closing procedures, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
2. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Ensure all team members are trained on product knowledge, company policies and procedures, and customer service standards.
4. Create and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and maintain an attractive and organized store appearance.
5. Drive sales by identifying and implementing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
8. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
9. Assist with scheduling and payroll tasks to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all team members are following them as well.
11. Maintain a safe and secure store environment by following safety protocols and addressing any potential hazards.
12. Keep updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
13. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or upper management.
