Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Team Member at Party City. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our customers by providing exceptional service and assisting them in finding the perfect party supplies and decorations. We are seeking individuals with a passion for retail sales, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.   1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Assist customers in finding and selecting party supplies and decorations, making recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and arranging merchandise on shelves and tables.
  5. Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the store's point-of-sale system.
  6. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Party City products and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell to customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the store manager.
  10. Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and new products.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Participate in store events and promotions to attract and engage customers.
  14. Conduct inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
  15. Perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by the store manager.
