2. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
3. Act as a leader and mentor to other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Ensure store is properly stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
7. Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenishing stock as needed.
8. Communicate effectively with store management regarding any customer or operational issues.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
10. Uphold company standards and policies, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
11. Set and achieve sales goals and assist in driving store profitability.
12. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and trends to effectively assist customers.
13. Follow cash handling procedures and accurately complete cash register transactions.
14. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
15. Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks to team members.
16. Continuously strive to improve and maintain excellent customer service.
17. Represent Party City brand positively and professionally at all times.
18. Follow company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention and security.
19. Perform opening and closing procedures for the store.
20. Attend and participate in store meetings and training sessions as required.
