- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.

Previous Retail Experience: A Key Holder At Party City Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Store Operations.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Key Holder, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Managing Store Operations In The Absence Of The Store Manager. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Necessary To Ensure The Store Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Key Holder Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management. This Includes Providing Clear Instructions, Delivering Feedback, And Resolving Any Conflicts That May Arise.
Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Key Holder Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail. This Includes Accurately Counting And Managing Cash, Monitoring Inventory Levels, And Maintaining Store Appearance And Organization.
Flexibility And Availability: Party City Stores Often Have Extended Hours And Operate On Holidays, So A Key Holder Must Be Willing To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. This Role Also Requires Being On-Call For Any Emergency Situations That May Arise.
