As a key holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by overseeing daily operations and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and making helpful recommendations.
  3. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  4. Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
  5. Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
  6. Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed, and maintain store cleanliness.
  7. Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure adequate stock levels.
  8. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Monitor sales performance and work with management to develop strategies for increasing sales.
  11. Act as a role model for team members, promoting teamwork, positivity, and excellent customer service.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork.
  14. Collaborate with management to develop and implement new ideas and strategies for improving store operations.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Key Holder At Party City Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Store Operations.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Key Holder, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Managing Store Operations In The Absence Of The Store Manager. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Necessary To Ensure The Store Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Key Holder Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management. This Includes Providing Clear Instructions, Delivering Feedback, And Resolving Any Conflicts That May Arise.

  • Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Key Holder Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail. This Includes Accurately Counting And Managing Cash, Monitoring Inventory Levels, And Maintaining Store Appearance And Organization.

  • Flexibility And Availability: Party City Stores Often Have Extended Hours And Operate On Holidays, So A Key Holder Must Be Willing To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. This Role Also Requires Being On-Call For Any Emergency Situations That May Arise.
