Job Description

Party City is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Regional Director of Asset Protection. As the leader of our asset protection department, you will play a critical role in protecting our company's assets and ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and merchandise.   1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies and policies for the entire region to minimize loss, reduce shrinkage, and maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the asset protection department, including budgeting, staffing, training, and performance management of team members.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop action plans to address them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, human resources, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in asset protection practices.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and patterns in shrinkage and develop proactive measures to mitigate loss.
  6. Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset protection, safety, and security.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies, to enhance the company's asset protection efforts.
  8. Keep updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve asset protection strategies.
  9. Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and other incidents, and work closely with law enforcement agencies to bring perpetrators to justice.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of asset protection programs and initiatives.
  11. Act as a role model and mentor for team members, promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Driving Results In A Multi-Location Retail Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Retail Security And Auditing Procedures, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Current Industry Trends And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Budget And Resources.
