As the Real Estate Lease Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our portfolio of retail leases. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our leases are accurately documented and compliant with all legal requirements.   1. Oversee and manage the entire portfolio of retail leases for Party City, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with all legal requirements.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all lease-related inquiries and issues, both internally and externally.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of all lease agreements to identify any discrepancies or potential risks.
  4. Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords to ensure the most favorable terms for Party City.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, legal counsel, and other key stakeholders involved in lease administration.
  6. Monitor and track lease expirations, renewal dates, and rent payments to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, legal, and real estate, to ensure alignment and adherence to lease management processes and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lease administration and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized lease files and documentation, both electronically and physically.
  10. Train and mentor team members on lease administration processes and procedures.
  11. Perform regular audits and reviews of lease data to identify any potential inaccuracies or discrepancies.
  12. Ensure compliance with all lease-related regulations, laws, and company policies.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of the lease portfolio and any potential risks or opportunities.
  14. Proactively identify and address any lease-related issues or concerns that may arise.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Lease Administration, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Lease Negotiation, Interpretation, And Administration.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Legal Documents And Terminology.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Leases And Deadlines Simultaneously.
