Party City is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of PR & Influencer Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing PR and influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, results-driven, and has a proven track record of success in public relations and influencer marketing.   1. Develop and implement creative PR and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for Party City.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders to secure coverage and partnerships.
  3. Identify and engage with relevant influencers and negotiate partnerships and collaborations to promote Party City products and events.
  4. Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to inform PR and influencer marketing strategies.
  5. Plan and execute press events and product launches, including coordinating media invites, securing event coverage, and managing event logistics.
  6. Create compelling and engaging content for press releases, media pitches, and social media posts.
  7. Monitor and analyze media coverage and influencer partnerships to measure the success of PR and influencer marketing efforts.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, social media, e-commerce) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  9. Manage PR and influencer marketing budget and track expenses to maximize ROI.
  10. Stay up to date on social media trends and platforms and implement best practices for influencer marketing.
  11. Represent Party City in a professional and positive manner at industry events and trade shows.
  12. Mentor and lead a team of PR and influencer marketing specialists to ensure successful execution of strategies and campaigns.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential PR crises and develop crisis communication plans.
  14. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to leverage PR and influencer marketing to drive business objectives.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates on PR and influencer marketing efforts to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pr And Influencer Marketing, Preferably In The Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Experience Managing Influencer Partnerships And Campaigns

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Influencers, Media Outlets, And Internal Teams

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Pr And Influencer Marketing Strategies And Driving Brand Awareness And Engagement.
