Demand Planner

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a demand planning role. You should have a working knowledge of ERP Systems and a strong understanding of forecasting and replenishment principles. You must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee forecasting, planning, and replenishment of merchandise and products for Party City stores.
2. Utilize ERP Systems to ensure accurate and timely forecasts and replenishment.
3. Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement in the planning process.
4. Generate reports to track performance and inventory levels.
5. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
6. Monitor store performance to effectively manage inventory levels.
7. Develop strategies to enhance demand planning and replenishment processes.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
