
Art Production Manager
Party City is currently seeking an experienced Art Production Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating art that is both visually stunning and in line with our brand’s standards. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team. If you have experience in art production, a collaborative spirit, and an appreciation for working in a creative environment, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in art production or a related field• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design software• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Responsibilities:
- Develop original art that meets the standards of the Party City brand.
- Lead a team of art production personnel and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all art production activities are completed according to industry standards and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the production process from concept to completion, including creating schedules, setting deadlines, and overseeing the workflow.
- Monitor the progress of art production projects and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure that projects are completed according to standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology.
- Ensure that digital artwork is optimized for web and print use.
- Troubleshoot any potential issues related to art production.
