Art Production Manager

Party City is currently seeking an experienced Art Production Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Develop original art that meets the standards of the Party City brand.
2. Lead a team of art production personnel and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Ensure that all art production activities are completed according to industry standards and quality requirements.
4. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
5. Manage the production process from concept to completion, including creating schedules, setting deadlines, and overseeing the workflow.
6. Monitor the progress of art production projects and ensure that deadlines are met.
7. Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure that projects are completed according to standards.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology.
9. Ensure that digital artwork is optimized for web and print use.
10. Troubleshoot any potential issues related to art production.
