Value Stream Manager

1. Lead and manage the end-to-end production process within the assigned value stream.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency and productivity.
3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in all aspects of the value stream.
5. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of the value stream.
6. Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and employees to achieve targets and goals.
7. Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment for employees, promoting teamwork and open communication.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the value stream.
9. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
10. Communicate regularly with upper management on the status of the value stream, highlighting challenges and proposing solutions.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and operations.
12. Collaborate with other value stream managers to share best practices and drive company-wide improvements.
13. Serve as a role model for the company's values and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
14. Participate in the hiring, training, and development of employees within the value stream.
15. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to promote their growth and development.
