
Technical Sales Leadership Development Associate
At Parker Hannifin, we are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Technical Sales Leadership Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems. In this position, you will be responsible for helping to develop our technical sales leadership team through coaching, mentoring, and training.The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a proven record of success in sales and customer service. They must have a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or customer service. They should also have experience in training, coaching, and/or mentoring individuals or teams. Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills, are essential. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training, coaching, and mentoring strategies to help technical sales leadership team members reach their goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the technical sales leadership team in order to ensure success.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the technical sales leadership team, and provide timely feedback on their progress.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with the technical sales leadership team.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies related to sales and customer service.
- Support the development of sales and customer service strategies.
- Identify new sales and customer service opportunities.
- Develop and deliver presentations and other training materials.
- Track and report on team performance and progress.
