Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Subcontracting Processes, Including Vendor Selection, Negotiation, And Contract Management.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Subcontractors.
