  1. Conduct quality audits and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure consistent and high-quality products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
  5. Lead and participate in root cause analysis investigations for quality issues and develop effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
  6. Provide technical support to other departments, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  7. Prepare and review quality documentation, including test plans, inspection reports, and quality procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to aerospace products and processes.
  9. Train and mentor junior quality engineers and technicians to develop their skills and ensure consistent quality practices across the organization.
  10. Communicate with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
  11. Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality requirements are incorporated from the design phase.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on quality-related topics and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the quality management system and recommend improvements as needed.
  14. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment to ensure the safety of self and others.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Within The Aerospace Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Industry Standards, Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.

  • Experience With Statistical Process Control Methods And Tools, Including Six Sigma And Lean Methodologies.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Customers.
