This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, as well as maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. As the Site Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality control processes and procedures, as well as leading a team of quality professionals.   1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.
  2. Oversee all quality assurance activities, including inspections, audits, and testing, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement and address any quality issues or concerns.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of quality processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO and other quality certifications.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
  9. Communicate quality performance and initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in quality management to identify and implement best practices.
  11. Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
  12. Manage quality-related budget and resources effectively to achieve department goals and objectives.
  13. Ensure all employees are trained and knowledgeable on quality standards and procedures.
  14. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to product quality in a timely and effective manner.
  15. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality processes, procedures, and certifications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Management Within A Distribution Center Or Warehouse Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Iso 9001 Quality Management System And Lean Six Sigma Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience With Root Cause Analysis, Corrective And Preventive Actions, And Process Improvement Methodologies.
