ServiceNow Engineer

Parker Hannifin is looking for a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, maintenance, and development of our ServiceNow platform.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a ServiceNow or similar role, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM modules, and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, etc. Additionally, you should have an understanding of the fundamentals of software engineering and a passion for continuous learning.We are looking for a professional with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain the performance of the ServiceNow platform in order to ensure optimum functionality.
2. Develop new features and functionality for the ServiceNow platform as needed.
3. Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
4. Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow platform, including user guides and technical specifications.
5. Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow developments and best practices.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers in order to identify and address their needs.
7. Manage and prioritize user requests and requests for changes to the ServiceNow platform.
8. Develop and execute tests to ensure the quality of the ServiceNow platform.
9. Research and recommend new technologies that could improve the ServiceNow platform.
10. Assist in the training of ServiceNow users.
