  1. Develop and implement service and quality processes for our products in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.
  2. Oversee and manage a team of service and quality professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure their satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain service and quality metrics to track performance and drive improvements.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  9. Train and educate team members on service and quality processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of service and quality processes throughout the organization.
  11. Manage and monitor budget and expenses related to the service and quality platform.
  12. Represent the company in customer meetings and conferences, promoting our commitment to service and quality.
  13. Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the service and quality team.
  14. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations, policies, and procedures.
  15. Proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to ensure the highest level of quality and service.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Customer Service And Quality Teams, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Principles And Processes, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Use Software And Tools To Track And Improve Service And Quality Metrics.
