In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our global communications strategy, driving brand awareness and enhancing our reputation worldwide.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global communications strategy for Parker Hannifin, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment of communications efforts with business objectives.
  3. Create and execute strategic communication plans to drive brand awareness and enhance the company's reputation worldwide.
  4. Serve as a key spokesperson and liaison for the company, representing Parker Hannifin in a professional and engaging manner.
  5. Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and other communications materials.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends, news, and competitor activities to identify potential communication opportunities and risks.
  7. Manage media relations, including developing relationships with key journalists and proactively pitching stories to secure positive coverage for the company.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage crisis communications plans.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to enhance the company's credibility and reputation.
  10. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  11. Stay current on emerging communication trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their integration into the company's overall strategy.
  12. Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and resources to help them grow and succeed.
  13. Represent Parker Hannifin at industry events and conferences, as needed.
  14. Travel as necessary to support global communication efforts and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Global Communications And Strategy, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Global Communication Strategies, Including Crisis Management And Reputation Management.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
