- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with sales and legal teams to ensure contracts meet business objectives and are in the best interest of the company.
- Facilitate contract review and approval processes, including obtaining necessary signatures and approvals.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records, including tracking key dates and renewals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on contract management and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Conduct contract training for new employees and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in contract law and industry best practices to ensure compliance and improve contract management processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address any contract-related issues or concerns.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline contract management processes.
- Proactively identify potential contract opportunities and risks and provide recommendations to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold the company's values and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Government Contract Types (E.g. Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus, Etc.).
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Negotiate And Draft Complex Contracts And Agreements.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Contract Management Software, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Contracts Simultaneously.
