Scheduler - OEM - Fluid Systems Division
Welcome to Parker Hannifin's Fluid Systems Division! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduler - OEM. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules for our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our products to our valued customers. - Develop and maintain production schedules for OEM customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Coordinate with various departments, including sales, production, and shipping, to gather necessary information for creating schedules.
- Monitor and track production progress to ensure schedules are being met and adjust as needed.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands and incorporate them into production schedules.
- Continuously review and analyze production processes to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Communicate regularly with OEM customers to provide updates on production schedules and address any concerns or issues.
- Utilize scheduling software and other tools to effectively manage and organize production schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production schedules and related data.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while carrying out scheduling responsibilities.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Fluid Systems And Components: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Fluid Systems And Components, Including Valves, Pumps, Hoses, And Fittings. This Knowledge Should Extend To Both Hydraulic And Pneumatic Systems.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills: As A Scheduler, You Will Be Responsible For Coordinating And Scheduling Production Processes, Materials, And Resources. Therefore, Strong Organizational Skills, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Are Essential.
Proficiency In Production Planning And Scheduling Software: The Scheduler Will Be Required To Use Advanced Software Tools To Plan And Schedule Production Processes And Materials. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Production Planning And Scheduling Software, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Microsoft Dynamics.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Fluid Systems Division At Parker Hannifin Operates In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With Tight Production Schedules And Deadlines. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work Under Pressure And Deliver Results Within Tight Timelines.
