- Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability of products and processes.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement design and process improvements.
- Utilize statistical analysis and predictive maintenance techniques to identify and mitigate potential failures.
- Develop and maintain reliability testing protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update product reliability documentation, including failure reports and risk assessments.
- Participate in new product development projects to ensure reliability requirements are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams to resolve reliability issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques to improve product reliability.
- Communicate and present reliability data and findings to management and stakeholders.
- Adhere to company safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reliability excellence within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Reliability Engineering Or A Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Reliability Principles And Methodologies, Such As Fmea, Fmeca, And Fault Tree Analysis.
Experience With Reliability Software Tools, Such As Reliasoft Or Isograph.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Root Cause Analysis.
