  1. Develop and implement quality management strategies and initiatives to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections of regional operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  5. Communicate quality performance metrics and trends to upper management and develop action plans to address any areas of concern.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and proactively identify potential risks.
  7. Train and educate employees on quality procedures, standards, and best practices to promote a culture of quality excellence.
  8. Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related inquiries and concerns from customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive quality improvements and customer satisfaction.
  10. Monitor and track customer feedback and complaints to identify patterns and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
