- Conduct quality control inspections and tests on aerospace products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain and improve the overall quality of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and procedures.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints and concerns related to product quality.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and requirements, and ensure that the company is in compliance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and records.
- Participate in new product development and design reviews to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize quality processes and procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality engineering principles and practices.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Management Systems Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.
Strong Understanding Of Aerospace Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa Regulations And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
