  1. Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with quality standards and objectives.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality metrics and targets.
  5. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are aware of quality standards and procedures.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  8. Communicate quality performance and improvement strategies to senior management.
  9. Lead and participate in customer and supplier quality meetings to address any quality concerns and develop action plans.
  10. Manage the budget and resources for the quality department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  12. Stay current with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the quality management system.
  13. Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the quality department and throughout the organization.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and engaged team.
  15. Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence within the quality department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Improving Quality Processes And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
