- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with quality standards and objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality metrics and targets.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are aware of quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Communicate quality performance and improvement strategies to senior management.
- Lead and participate in customer and supplier quality meetings to address any quality concerns and develop action plans.
- Manage the budget and resources for the quality department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the quality management system.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the quality department and throughout the organization.
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and engaged team.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence within the quality department.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Improving Quality Processes And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
