
Project Specification Manager

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to review progress and address any issues.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as clients and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and change requests.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop project proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform project specifications.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Track and report project metrics and KPIs to measure project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote effective teamwork and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development and implementation of new project management tools and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Specification Management.
Strong Understanding Of Engineering Principles And Technical Specifications.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project Or Smartsheet.
