Program Manager - Military Flight Control Division

Parker Hannifin is looking for a highly driven Program Manager to join our Military Flight Control Division. This role requires a unique combination of technical knowledge, strategic vision, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire program life cycle from initiation to closure.We are seeking a strategic, organized, and results-oriented individual with strong program management and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in the field. A Master’s degree in a related field and/or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.The Program Manager will be a member of a fast-paced team that encourages collaboration, creative problem-solving, and a passion for excellence in all aspects of program management. They must be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 1. Develop and manage the program life cycle from initiation to closure

6. Develop strategies and plans to ensure program objectives are met
7. Monitor and analyze project performance and take corrective action as needed
8. Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
9. Develop and manage budgets and monitor project costs
10. Lead complex problem-solving initiatives to ensure successful project completion
