Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Process Engineer to join the Structural Adhesives team at Parker Hannifin. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of processes and products for Parker’s Structural Adhesives Division. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a safe and productive work environment, as well as drive continuous improvement in product and process performance.To be successful in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering-related field, as well as knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and automation systems. You must also have a proven track record of delivering results in an operational environment, with the ability to utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design manufacturing processes and products for Parker’s Structural Adhesives Division.
  2. Monitor and analyze operational performance in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Implement process improvements to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  5. Research and evaluate automation systems to optimize production efficiency.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance in the areas of process engineering and product development.
  7. Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Maintain knowledge of industry and manufacturing best practices.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
  10. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
