- Provide technical support to all employees for their computer systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, including network connectivity, operating system errors, and software malfunctions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the end user.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical issues.
- Train employees on how to effectively use computer systems and software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments to continuously improve the support provided.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding computer system usage, security, and data protection.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Hardware And Software Issues On Windows And Mac Operating Systems.
Knowledge Of Networking Concepts And Experience In Configuring And Troubleshooting Network Equipment.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Personnel.
A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Experience And Certifications Such As Comptia A+ Or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Mcsa).
