- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
- Participate in the development and delivery of employee training programs.
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and programs.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the performance management process by tracking and analyzing employee performance data.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Contribute to the development of HR-related presentations and communications.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to other members of the Parker Leadership Development Program.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Leadership Development And Talent Management.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With A Diverse Group Of Employees, Managers, And Executives.
Proven Ability To Design And Implement Leadership Development Programs That Align With The Company's Goals And Objectives.
