  1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  2. Support the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
  3. Participate in the development and delivery of employee training programs.
  4. Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and programs.
  6. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  7. Assist in the performance management process by tracking and analyzing employee performance data.
  8. Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  11. Contribute to the development of HR-related presentations and communications.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
  13. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to other members of the Parker Leadership Development Program.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the HR field.
  15. Represent Parker Hannifin in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Leadership Development And Talent Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With A Diverse Group Of Employees, Managers, And Executives.

  • Proven Ability To Design And Implement Leadership Development Programs That Align With The Company's Goals And Objectives.
