  1. Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality according to company standards.
  2. Safely and efficiently transport materials to designated production areas using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Organize and maintain the warehouse and storage areas, ensuring materials are easily accessible and properly labeled.
  5. Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging and labeling, according to company and customer specifications.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines, following a predetermined schedule.
  7. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials and operating equipment.
  9. Continuously monitor and report on inventory levels, anticipating potential shortages or excesses and taking appropriate action.
  10. Participate in company training programs to improve efficiency and knowledge of material handling processes.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and strategies to improve material handling operations.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area, keeping it free of hazards and ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standards.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and shipping, to ensure smooth and efficient material flow throughout the supply chain.
  14. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process or equipment upgrades.
  15. Uphold the company's values and represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
