  1. Operate extruder machines to produce high-quality products according to company standards and specifications.
  2. Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  6. Keep accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
  7. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes.
  8. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and quality of production processes.
  9. Assist in training new team members on machine operation and company policies.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Manufacturing Associate I - Extruder 3Rd Shift At Parker Hannifin Should Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education To Ensure A Basic Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Safety Procedures.

  • Previous Manufacturing Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In Extrusion Operations. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Work Ethic, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: The Manufacturing Associate I - Extruder 3Rd Shift Must Have A Basic Understanding Of Mechanical Equipment And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Make Adjustments As Needed. This Includes The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.

  • Physical Stamina: This Position Requires Standing For Long Periods Of Time, Lifting Up To 50 Pounds, And Working In Different Weather Conditions. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform The Essential Job Duties Without Restrictions.

  • Attention To Detail: The Extrusion Process Requires Precision And Attention To Detail To Ensure Quality Products Are Produced. The Manufacturing Associate I - Extruder 3Rd Shift Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Strict Guidelines And Procedures To Maintain Quality Standards.
