- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Manufacturing Associate I - Extruder 3Rd Shift At Parker Hannifin Should Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education To Ensure A Basic Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Safety Procedures.
Previous Manufacturing Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In Extrusion Operations. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Work Ethic, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
Mechanical Aptitude: The Manufacturing Associate I - Extruder 3Rd Shift Must Have A Basic Understanding Of Mechanical Equipment And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Make Adjustments As Needed. This Includes The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.
Physical Stamina: This Position Requires Standing For Long Periods Of Time, Lifting Up To 50 Pounds, And Working In Different Weather Conditions. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform The Essential Job Duties Without Restrictions.
