Lean Manager

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Lean Manager to join our team and provide leadership and coordination of lean initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for process improvement and a keen eye for eliminating waste. The successful candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of lean principles. Responsibilities: -Develop and implement lean strategies to improve process efficiency and reduce waste -Provide leadership and direction to the team on lean initiatives -Manage projects to successful completion -Identify areas of process improvement and develop action plans to address them -Analyze current processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies -Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lean initiatives -Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership -Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders -Train and mentor team members in lean principles and practices -Ensure compliance with safety regulations -Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
