- Manage and maintain the smooth operation of IT services within the organization.
- Continuously improve IT services by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Utilize ITIL principles to ensure best practices are followed and service levels are met.
- Serve as a point of contact for all IT service-related inquiries and escalations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of IT services.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT service management policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT service management.
- Train and mentor junior IT service management analysts.
- Communicate IT service updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning and implementation for new IT services.
- Proactively identify and address potential service disruptions or issues.
- Continuously monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of IT services.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In It Service Management, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Itil Framework, Including Certification In Itil V3 Or V4.
Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing It Service Management Processes, Such As Incident, Problem, Change, And Configuration Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
