IoT Security Engineer
Lead secure edge IoT initiatives by developing and implementing security standards across Parker’s IoT platforms. Additionally, support Parker’s divisions by securely connecting products using established IoT edge tools. Responsible for the development of security standards for Parker’s IoT connected products. Parker’s Voice of the Machine platform Educate/empower Parker product teams to correctly prototype, connect products on their own. Guide teams on hardware, support considerations when establishing productization plans. Advance Parker’s edge toolkit to support common use-cases across Parker. Partner with cyber security and audit teams to ensure standards are appropriate and implemented. Contribute in natural and virtual teams to influence various projects and programs.
10+ years of technical experience; areas of IoT, telematics, or edge computing preferred
Hands-on experience with Microsoft IoT technologies preferred.
Experience implementing NIST 8259 controls (preferred).
