  1. Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  2. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, coordinating trainings, and communicating with new employees.
  3. Support employee relations by responding to employee inquiries, assisting with conflict resolution, and maintaining employee records.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices to identify areas for improvement within the organization.
  6. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, providing input and ideas.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized HR records and documentation.
  8. Attend and participate in HR meetings and training sessions to gain a deeper understanding of HR functions and processes.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  11. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow in the field of HR.

Job Qualifications
  • Pursuing A Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: Candidates Should Be Currently Enrolled In A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree Program In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Both Verbally And In Writing Is Essential For A Human Resources Intern, As They Will Be Interacting With Employees, Managers, And Other Stakeholders On A Daily Basis.

  • Attention To Detail: Hr Is A Detail-Oriented Field, And Interns Must Have A Strong Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Data Entry, Record Keeping, And Other Administrative Tasks.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office: A Strong Working Knowledge Of Microsoft Office, Including Excel, Word, And Powerpoint, Is Necessary For This Role.

  • Team Player: The Hr Department Works Closely With All Departments In An Organization, So The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment Is Crucial For Success In This Internship. Candidates Should Also Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships With Colleagues At All Levels.
