Human Resource Manager
Oversees performance management and career development activities for the site. Ensures all managers are fully trained and capable in the management and development of their teams. Coaches and advises managers regarding employee relations matters for optimal outcomes. Acts as a primary resource for employee concerns and questions. Stays readily available for employees and actively works to engage people and address their needs. Plans events and employee relations activities as needed. Investigates issues and recommends well thought out solutions. Helps to lead High Performance Team efforts at the site. Ensures teams are effectively solving problems and making improvements and participation rates remain high. Administers all relevant company policies, ensuring employees have a full understanding and receive training regularly. Works with FSC HR staff to update policies as needed.
Minimum of five years HR experience
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills.
