Job Description

As an HR Intern at Parker Hannifin, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.   1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  3. Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  4. Assist with employee relations by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
  5. Learn and assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  6. Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and industry trends.
  7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  8. Communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  9. Support the HR team in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  11. Attend HR meetings and training sessions to gain knowledge and experience.
  12. Collaborate with different departments to ensure HR processes run smoothly.
  13. Assist with organizing and maintaining employee events and activities.
  14. Provide excellent customer service to employees and candidates.
  15. Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR team.
